SNOOKER
Ilminster Snooker Club was established in 2017. Come and play on our two tables at one of the best snooker facilities in Somerset .
The tables and club are perfect for all age groups and experience, from the total beginner to fast potting professionals. Whether you just want a pint and a few frames with your mates, some table time to improve your game, to enter a competition or to join one of our club teams.
Facilities
Ilminster has two full size snooker tables which are fitted with under table heating which means they are always consistent , we are one of the only clubs in the South West to have this.
The tables are looked after and maintained to a high standard with them being recovered every two years.
Teams & Competitions
Ilminster have two teams who play in the Yeovil & District snooker league which takes place on a Tuesday evening during the winter months September - April . These matches start at 7.30 pm and finish around 10.30 pm .The league is based on a handicap system which encourages all standard to play in the league .
How To Get Involved
If you are new to snooker or just want to play or practice , we advise you make contact with Mark Seddon who will meet and greet you. Mark will run through the club give you the key points to the snooker set up . We welcome all ages and abilities to come and enjoy the facility.

Online Booking System
Ilminster have an online table booking system for Snooker .
Please sign up or log into the website to request and access the account. You can the book either table for up to 2 hours per booking. If you require more time than this please specify in the notes section. This then will be reviewed and confirmed with the booking by email.

If you book and don't turn up for the event, after 20 minute time period the table will be free and available to use for other members.
